Since joining Al Masraf more than 11 years ago, Mansoor has played a pivotal role in shaping the bank's branch operations. In his current role as Head of Branches, he manages multiple locations across the UAE, leading strategic initiatives and ensuring seamless customer experiences. His focus on team leadership, project management, and strategic planning has been critical in driving the bank's growth within the retail banking sector.
