Under his leadership, Al Masraf received the prestigious NAFIS Award 2024 for exceptional achievements in Emiratization.

Ammar holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of Toledo in Ohio. He also holds certifications in Coaching for Performance and the CIPD Certificate in Personal Practice (CPP), equipping him with best practices for effective workplace management.
